AFTER YOU GET IN TOUCH

Once you’ve filled out the form, we’ll have a chat by email or phone to discuss your project, deadlines, and how and where you’ll be using the finished voice-over. This helps me understand exactly what you need so I can provide an accurate quote.

Written approval of the quote (usually by return email) will act as our agreement and acceptance of these terms.

FEES

Fees are based on two main elements:

1. The amount of work involved

• Length of the script

• Editing requirements

• Timing or synchronization to video/audio

2. Usage
How and where the recording will be used, including:

• Corporate/Internal Use

• Websites & Social Media

• YouTube

• Radio

• Television

• Events

• Paid Advertising Campaigns

Usage fees may vary depending on audience size, territory, and duration of use.

BEFORE I HIT RECORD

Before recording begins, I’ll ask you to review and approve the quote.

I won’t share anything you don’t want me to. However, I do enjoy supporting my clients through social media and mutual promotion where appropriate. If your project is confidential, I’m always happy to sign an NDA—just let me know before we get started.

To avoid delays, please provide:

• The final approved script

• Pronunciation guidance for unusual names, acronyms, technical terms, or foreign-language words

• Any specific performance direction (happy, conversational, energetic, warm, corporate, character, radio-style, etc.)

Any script changes made after recording has begun may incur an additional fee.

THE RECORDING

All recordings are produced using professional-grade equipment in an acoustically treated recording studio.

Unless otherwise agreed, recordings are delivered as:

• Broadcast-quality WAV files

• Professionally edited audio

• Appropriate breath reduction where suitable

• Delivered electronically via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or similar services

If I’ve made a mistake, I’ll fix it promptly and free of charge.

If changes are required due to script revisions, additions, or client-requested changes after recording, a small additional fee may apply to cover the extra studio and editing time.

PAYMENT

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Usage rights are granted once full payment has been received.

For larger projects or first-time clients, partial or full payment may be requested before recording begins.

AI, VOICE CLONING & SYNTHETIC VOICES

My voice, recordings, likeness, and performances may not be used for artificial intelligence, machine learning, voice cloning, voice synthesis, text-to-speech systems, digital replicas, training datasets, or similar technologies without my prior written consent and a separate licensing agreement.

Any unauthorized cloning, replication, synthetic reproduction, or AI training using my recordings is strictly prohibited.

PORTFOLIO USE

Unless otherwise agreed or protected by an NDA, I may showcase completed work on my website, demos, social media channels, or portfolio for promotional purposes.

Confidential projects will always remain confidential.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If a project is cancelled after recording has started, charges may apply for work already completed.

Completed custom voice-over recordings are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads

Please choose your voice-over downloads carefully. As with most downloadable digital products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once a file has been downloaded. Once downloaded, the purchase is considered final.
